Our family room is off limits for now. Rock guys are inserting rocks on the fireplace today. It is looking great! I'm looking forward to have the fireplace completed. I hate waiting so long to finish up our home. It's been six months since we have moved into our new home. Soon, the fireplace will be over with. Next will be the landscaping and the foyer floor.

I made these tiny pigs in blankets. They're easy to make and will make great appetizers. They are delicious!

Recipe:
-1 bag of Lit' Smokies made from beef (any kind is fine)
-2 crescent dough rolls

Unroll dough and remove each crescent wedge, then cut in half. Place one smokie on each halved wedges, then roll them up. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake as directed from crescent roll package. Serve warm.
PS- I would double or triple the recipe if you are serving for a large crowd.
Rooster, your majesty,
I love roosters! Not the real ones, I mean just the rooster decor. Every time I see one, I'm always tempted to buy one. My husband doesn't like it if I keep buying like thousands of roosters. But unfortunately, I went shopping last Friday at Thanksgiving Point and found these two roosters. Aww, how lovely! I went ahead and bought those two. Naughty me. Now, that I don't have a place for the big one and it's sitting on the dining room floor. I guess I'll have to wait to get some more tables for our new home, then I can place that large rooster on top on any one of these tables.
What do you think of these roosters?
